    Shipping Policy
    It is important to consider courier or anyother special packing / delivery charges.

    Courier
    • We ship all Canadian orders via UPS and all international to over 220 countries orders using UPS / DHL.
     
    Delivery Time
    • Most products shipped within 1 to 3 business days depending on demand and availability.   Please review the product availability listed for a more accurate estimate.
    • Once the product ships, please allow average transit days
      • Priority 4 – 8 working days,
      • Standard 8 -14 working days
    • No Saturday, Sunday and holidays service available.
     
    Special delivery
    • For orders that are CA$500 or more, shipping cost for 2nd day air is 7% of the order total, and shipping cost for next day air is 13%.

    Order Tracking
    • You can contact us for the label # (or Order# and Shipping Postal Code / ZIP) to check the progress of your package, and you will hear from us soon.
     
    Package Cost
    • If is package / parcel is less than 66 lbs and length + grith is less than 79 than the following shipping rates are our best estimates, in some case if we find any difference, we will contact you to pay the difference or vice versa.  Note: grith is 2W +2H

    • Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more shipped to any single address within the GTA only.
    • Orders to a Postal Office Box address will be send via normal ground postal address, may take lot more days.
    • Orders placed by Postal Office Box are excluded from free shipping.
    • If Package / Parcel is more than 66 lbs, special shipment arrange will discussed and arranged at time of order confirmation.
Import Taxes-n-Duties
  • Please consider the custom duties, taxes, courier charges, and any other duties of the shipping address (destination) country - Other than Canada.

  • On Canadian orders Canadian Taxes are charged on invoice total amount.

  • All international sales taxes and duties (if any) is customer responsibility.
